Conditions of participation:
The conference fee per person is payable upon receipt of the invoice. This fee includes conference documentation, lunches and tea/coffee. You will be sent a confirmation slip and invoice upon receipt of your registration. Registrations can be cancelled (in writing) without penalty up to 14 days before the event. For cancellation after this date half the conference fee will be reimbursed. The full fee will be due if participants do not attend the conference, or cancel on the conference date. The registered participant may of course send a substitute. The organizers reserve the right to amend the program of events if necessary.
